Job Site Wireless Upgrade Pack Promotional Program
Terms and Conditions
Each Upgrade Pack phone promotion is available to any Sprint customer upgrading to new Sprint Nextel wireless phone or AirCard equipment through
Job Site Wireless, on a qualified line of Sprint wireless service with a qualifying two year Sprint contract agreement. To qualify for promotional items in
the Job Site Wireless Upgrade Pack promotion, the life on file of the customers pre-upgrade Sprint Nextel equipment tied to the specific Sprint
wireless phone number being upgraded, residing on the sim/esn that is tied to that Sprint wireless phone number at the time qualifying equipment is
ordered for upgrade, must be more than twenty four (24) months at the time of upgrade. Customers wishing to upgrade Sprint Nextel equipment
that has a life on file with Sprint of under twenty four months will still receive all Sprint-sponsored upgrade discounts that they qualify for at the time
of upgrade, based on the Sprint wireless contract commitment they make at the time of the purchase of equipment for upgrade. Customer-owned
equipment is eligible for the Upgrade Pack promotional program. The upgraded line of service must a) be upgraded to completion through Job Site
Wireless (phone is initially ordered through Job Site Wireless and then activated by Job Site Wireless) and b) remain active on the same sim card/esn
for a period of time, no less than seven months. If the line of service is deactivated before the seven month time period is reached - for any reason -
the customer must pay the standard Job Site Wireless price for the accessories that came with the Upgrade Pack promotional pack. Standard Job
Site Wireless price for promotional items is set solely by Job Site Wireless and is at their discretion. Upgrade Pack accessory items will not be
purchased or shipped on behalf of the customer until such time that all upgrades within a single order that qualify for accessories through the JSW
Upgrade Pack promotional program have been upgraded to completion (phone is initially ordered through Job Site Wireless and then activated by Job
Site Wireless). The Job Site Wireless Upgrade Pack program is an optional program. Cash payments or store credits as a substitution for the accessory
products in the Upgrade Pack are not offered. A Sprint customer is not required to participate in the Upgrade Pack promotional program at the time
of upgrade. Customer is required to pay shipping for Upgrade Pack complimentary items. Customer has thirty (30) days from the time of upgrades to
take advantage of the Upgrade Pack promotional offer. No exchanges on accessory items allowed. No substitutions allowed. Job Site Wireless
reserves the right to change promotional items offered, as well as terms and conditions of the promotional offers, at any time, without prior written
or electronic notice given to the customer.
