Job Site Wireless NewAct Pack Program
Terms and Conditions
Each NewAct Pack phone promotion is available to any new or existing Sprint customer activating a brand new line of Sprint wireless service through Job Site Wireless on a rate plan of $25 or higher, with a two year
contract (one year contract committment for customer-owned equipment). Customer-owned equipment is eligible for the NewAct Pack promotional program. Credit check for new Sprint customers is required. The
new line of service must remain active on the same sim card/esn for a period of time, no less than seven months. If the line of service is deactivated before the seven month time period is reached - for any reason -
the customer must pay the standard price for the accessories that came with the NewAct promotional pack. The standard price is the price being charged by Job Site Wireless for the same accessories provided in the
NewAct Pack at the time the service is cancelled. Customer will also be responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges associated with the NewAct Pack accessories received as part of the bundle. Upgrades are
not eligible for the Job Site Wireless NewAct Pack promotional program. The Job Site Wireless NewAct Pack program is an optional program. A Sprint customer activating a new line of service through Job Site Wireless
is not required to participate in the NewAct Pack promotional program. Customer is required to pay shipping for NewAct Pack complimentary items. Job Site Wireless reserves the right to change promotional items
offered, as well terms and conditions of the promotional offers, at any time, without prior notice given to the customer.
