    3. Scroll down to 'Echo Control' and set to the off position. In this same screen, some Blackberry cell phones also have a menu item called 'Automatic Volume
    Control'. If this is present, set it to the off position.
    4. Save the settings to eliminate a conflict between the Blueant and Blackberry DSP.
